Card Linking & Rewards Center Guide

You can link your Hard Rock Unity card to unlock exclusive in-game rewards, earn Tier Credits, and redeem Hearts (loyalty points) for High Limit Access, Coins, and special property-based offers.

This guide explains how the Rewards Center works, how to link your card, and how to register for a Hard Rock Unity account if you don’t already have one.

1. What Is the Rewards Center?

The Rewards Center is where you redeem Hearts for exclusive rewards, view your redemption history, and manage your card-linking details.

You can access it from the toolbar in the Lobby on both mobile and web.

When opened, the Rewards Center contains three tabs:

1. Offers – Redeemable rewards

2. My History – Past reward redemptions

3. My Profile – Card linking and registration options

 

2. Offers in the Rewards Center

The Offers tab displays all rewards you can redeem using Hearts. Categories include:

1. Coins

2. High Limit Access

3. Comp Dollars

4. Free Play

Property-Based Offers

Some rewards require you to select a Hard Rock property before redeeming.

If you have not linked your card, you may be prompted to link before redeeming certain offers.

3. My History

The My History tab shows a record of all rewards you’ve redeemed.

You can view:

• Reward title

• Redemption date

• Redemption status

• Additional details for each reward

If you haven’t redeemed anything yet, the page will simply show a “no offers redeemed” message.

4. Linking Your Hard Rock Unity Card

Linking your Unity by Hard Rock account unlocks additional benefits and allows you to redeem real-world property offers.

You can link your card from two places:

Option 1: From the Top Bar

1. Tap the Card icon at the top-right of the Lobby.

2. A pop-up will explain the benefits of linking.

3. Follow the on-screen steps to link your Unity account.

Option 2: From the Rewards Center

1. Open the Rewards Center.

2. Go to My Profile.

3. Tap LINK CARD.

4. Select your property and enter your Unity™ account details.

Property Selection

• You must select a Hard Rock property to complete the link.

• If your account is associated with a specific property, that property will automatically appear.

• If incorrect information is entered, an error message will appear asking you to update your details.

5. Registering for a Unity by Hard Rock Account

If you don’t have a Unity card yet, you can create one directly through the game:

How to Register

You can register from:

• The Link Card pop-up (by tapping SIGN UP NOW)

• The Rewards Center → My Profile → REGISTER button

After registering, you can immediately link your card to your Hard Rock Jackpot Casino account.

6. Why Link Your Card?

Linking your Unity card provides several benefits, including:
